Let me introduce ourselves to you. Our names are Tony and Melissa Sherman. We are the new owners of the former Lighthouse Restarurant. The Lighthouse has been a tradition in Chambersburg for almost 30 years. Our company's name is "Family Traditions" which we think is appropriate. Families sitting down at the table to enjoy good food and conversation is what FAMILY TRADITONS is all about.
We will continue to offer buffet, family style and full service dining. We hope you will look over our menu page showing our buffet of over 80 selections. Catering, banquets and the gospel music dinner concerts the Lighthouse has been known for, will continue. Please visit our catering and concert pages.
I have a long resume of restaurant experience. What I'm trying to do is take all the restaurants that I've worked in and put it all under one roof. Eventually we will be known only as FAMILY TRADITIONS. For now however, we honor the past hertiage of the Lighthouse by including them in our name.

We have already made some changes for the better. We are now open Sundays from 10:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and now offer a "full service" lunch and dinner menu. In the future we will be serving breakfast daily instead of just on Saturdays. Please continue to visit our site for future announcements.
